My name is Brandon King. I founded Agamemnon Apparel in 2023. As a graphic designer and apparel printer, I envisioned Agamemnon as the apparel wing of Draculon Industries, my design brand and moniker.

The mission of Agamemnon is to foster a sense of identity and culture based on the desire to not just stand out but make some kind of difference in the world, a statement of the values of kindness, support, unity, and acceptance; I like to think of it as Satanic positivity.

Counter-cultural people have always aroused suspicion and mistrust in strangers. Society has a tendency to look at certain people as outsiders and others. This isn’t going to go away, not in my lifetime. Just look at recent legislative attacks on lgbtqia+ people in this country. It’s disgusting.

But I’m not here to get overly political. I’m here to state an expression of values, and make a meager but heartfelt pledge: Agamemnon Apparel is dedicated to fighting racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, bigotry, fascism in all its forms, persecution, anti-scientific oppression, religious authoritarianism, and so-called “moral” social conservatism. These ideals do not represent any sort of honest morality, just hateful rhetoric and othering.

So in the spirit of trying to do something, anything, I pledge to donate 6.66% of every penny I receive to organizations that further the goals of equality, equity, aid, and inclusion in the USA, and hopefully one day, beyond. It’s not much, but goddammit, it’s something, and doing nothing is no longer an option.

So please remember; cruelty is weakness, kindness is strength. And if it’s within my power, I will protect you. Always.
